TRANSLATIONS

Our translation portfolio includes both general and specialised texts. We translate, among other things, business contracts, minutes or regulations, reports, marketing texts, correspondence, press releases, technical documents, business correspondence, advertising materials, leaflets, online catalogues and magazines, presentations, instruction manuals, scientific papers, clinical trial descriptions, laboratory results, medical opinions, industry videos, and websites.

Working with clients in the field of translation has allowed us to gain a lot of experience in translation. Therefore, we specialise among others in the following areas:

Material to be translated can be sent to us by post, e-mail or in the form of a photo via text message.

The billing unit is 1 page of target text, i.e. 1,800 characters with spaces for ordinary translations and the statutory 1,125 characters with spaces for certified translations.

Preferential terms and conditions are offered to clients who work with us on a regular basis.

We also provide interpreting services. We interpret during sales talks, at training events, business meetings and at various cultural events. We also carry out field interpreting services, including abroad.
We also offer interpreting services in offices and during ceremonies, such as civil weddings.

For interpretation, the basis for remuneration is the interpreter's working hour. The minimum rate is a charge for two hours. In the case of interpreting within the commune of Tarnowo Podgórne, the interpreter's travel is free of charge.

We provide interpreting services both during the week and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - by appointment.

Due to the specific nature of each assignment, we provide an individual quotation for each text, taking into account, among other things: the level of difficulty, language of translation, sector, the volume of the assignment or the expected delivery time. However, with the proviso that we always try to accommodate the client's deadline.

We prioritise and treat each assignment individually.

LANGUAGE COURSES

We have been providing English and Spanish language courses for many years. Lessons are conducted at the client's premises or via remote communication tools, e.g. Teams platform, Skype, Zoom, telephone.

Our offer includes, among other things:

  • general and specialised language courses, including English for business, English for lawyers and future translators
  • preparation courses for language exams, maturity exams
  • courses focused on presentations and public appearances
  • preparation for meetings, business negotiations or training courses
